Christmas lunch

Beryl and I had Christmas lunch in Brisbane at our daughter and son-in-law's place. Unfortunately our daughter had a change of plan and could not be with us, as she had to be in NSW. Her daughter was due to have her baby.
Our daughter and son-in-law's friends and their two boys, shared the meal. It consisted of prawn cocktail for entree, spatchcock and varied vegetables for mains, and mango bombe for dessert. The meal was superb.
